General Rules Do NOT try to loophole these rules. Use common sense at all times. Agreement to abide by the Terms of Service and Server Rules by playing on the server. Strict prohibition of any malicious or illegal activity. Severe punishment/ban for hacking, cheating, fraud, DDoS attacks, doxxing, advertising other servers/communities, leeching, inciting drama, threats, punishment evasion, or related activities. Exploits/glitches not to be abused and should be reported to staff. Discrimination not allowed in or out of character, and use of racist or discriminatory slurs leads to a 24-hour mute/gag. English-speaking community, so all dialogue on the server must be in English. No spamming in any way. No disrespect or harassment of anyone out of character (OOC). No impersonation of other users, official server clans, or staff members. No witch-hunting or targeting anyone with the intent to ruin their experience. No building bases in public. Must own a building to be able to place props. Exceptions are for hobos, DJs, etc, but no criminal activities! No going AFK on a job with limited player slots. Prop/entity abusing (prop spamming, prop surfing, prop killing, prop climbing, prop blocking, etc.) is not allowed. No displaying of any pornographic/derogatory images. Selling your job is not allowed. Selling your job's entities to other people (printers, weed, bitmining, meth, etc) is not allowed! Leaving/switching jobs to avoid a roleplay/staff situation (raid, mug, kill, arrest, etc.) is not allowed. No roleplay, build, kill, arrest, mug, kidnap, complete a hit, etc. in spawn unless the scenario was initiated outside of spawn. No roleplay while in a staff situation. Staff members have the final say on all rule interpretations including concepts not explicitly stated in the rules. Roleplay Guidelines No RDM (Random Deathmatch). No NLR (New Life Rule - 5 minute Cooldown). Cannot go to the same area where you previously died for five minutes. No RDA (Random Arrest). No metagaming. No scamming. Proper use of /advert for valid roleplay scenarios. You may kidnap someone (if the job is applicable) every 5 minutes with the appropriate use of an advert. You cannot kidnap the SAME person until after 10 minutes. When you kidnap a person, you have to transform them or sell them within 10 minutes (do not hold them hostage forever). You may mug someone (if the job is applicable) every 5 minutes with the appropriate use of an advert. You may counter mugs and kidnaps ONLY as a criminal job with the same cooldown as the instigator, which is 5 minutes. Government law enforcement have the right to arrest if they witness breaking any laws listed on the laws screen. Adverts must be clear of intention, cannot have multiple adverts in a single bind Raiding Rules Any criminal class (unless otherwise stated in the description/rules of the job [CHECK TO MAKE SURE]), may raid. To start a raid, you must do “/advert raid,” or anything along those lines, and those assisting you in the raid must advertise “assist” as well. You may counter a raid as well ONLY with a criminal job by doing "/advert counter raid," or anything along those lines, and the cooldown is 15 minutes. After raiding a certain base, you cannot raid that base for another 30 minutes. After raiding a base, you cannot raid for another 15 minutes. After commencing a raid, the raid can last no longer than 5 minutes (aka after you raid someone, you cannot KOS and camp inside their base after). No building or re-locking doors during a raid. Prop and Building Rules General Base Rules Bases (especially criminal jobs), as stated before, must be built inside a building, unless for recreational jobs like Hobo, DJ, etc. No stacking of disorientating materials for advantage, both parties must have visuals of each other equally. Occupied bases must display the owner's name on the front door or a text screen. Maximum of 4 fading doors per base with enough space in between for at least 2 people. Maximum of 4 Buttons per base (for peeks, buttons cannot be used as doors [only use keypads]). Maximum of 2 turns in a base (No maze bases). Fading doors must be visible and not blend in Bases must NOT have blind firing (aka both parties should be able to fully see and shoot eachother)! Bases can use button fading doors for peeks, if needed, but the fading door delay MUST be set to 5 seconds before disappearing! Fading door buttons must be set to TOGGLE, not HOLD! Keypads must have at least a 5 second open timer and no delay. Fading doors must not begin faded, and no more than 2 buttons or keypads per fading door are allowed. Use of one-way props solely for viewing/building purposes is permitted, but no shooting through them or gaining an unfair advantage. Building bases in an abnormal way, utilizing sliding props, or creating unfair shooting holes is prohibited. Visible buttons/keypads must correspond to each fading door, and hiding or concealing them is not allowed. You may not block public areas or roads, build in spawn entrances/exits, or extend the confines of your base using props. Bases should not contain any insensitive or discriminatory content, including symbols or graphic imagery. Defending your base requires having raidables within its confines, and any decorative items placed in front of the base should not block off any area. In other words, your base should be possible to raid. Bases also should not block off any certain areas of the map (AKA Megabases), like blocking off the industrial area, etc. Only allowed a maximum of 6 players basing in the same base. Sky bases/Rooftop bases are allowed as long as connecting to a foundation/building and have access. No fading ramps for advantage. Blackout Bases are prohibited If making a Sky/Rooftop base, you are allowed to have 3 extra fading door towards ceiling entrances. You can not stack these extra 3 doors towards the initial front door entrance of 4 fading doors. Bases that are seamless, exploit hitboxes, require jumping/crouching, function as mazes, trap players, or are designed solely to kill anyone who steps inside are prohibited. Textscreen Rules Players may place a "building/under construction" sign, disallowing other players from their base, under specific conditions. This will include players to be protected from RAIDs, Hits, and any other roleplaying activities You CANNOT have the “building/under construction screen for longer than 30 minutes If you have the “building/under construction” sign up, you are NOT allowed to partake in printing, bitcoin mining, weed growing, or any other illegal money generating methods. Text screens must also be large enough to see and no racist or discriminatory terms or slurs are allowed. You are allowed to do KOS signs, but as stated before, make sure the text screen is large enough to see. Failure to do so will result in a punishment! Base Restrictions Specific buildings have restrictions, allowing only listed classes to base there, such as the Bank for Banker & Bank Security only, Police Department for Police and Mayor only, etc. Gangs System For raids, at least one member must advert raid and it must be done for the whole gang (ex: /advert Raid! Bloods Gang). Territories are KOS if the flag is being captured. However, if you die you still must follow NLR and you may not return for 5 minutes. You may not team up with other gangs to raid or team up for base defense. When capturing flags, you MUST be a criminal job (no police officials, citizen jobs, etc). Class Descriptions Citizens Category Hobo The Hobo is allowed to build props/shacks in public. They may not engage in raiding or criminal activities. Hobos are expected to engage in roleplay as destitute individuals and may beg for money or items from other players. Hobos cannot build huge bases/mega bases. Your props should take up a more confined space, not a large part of the map's public streets/buildings. City Worker City Workers are responsible for maintaining the infrastructure of the city, including repairing broken electrical, fire hydrants, etc. They are not permitted to engage in criminal activities and must focus on the development and upkeep of the city. DJ DJs have the right to host events and play music for the public. They can use props in public as well. They cannot partake in any criminal activities. However, playing any disruptive/abnormally loud music that is obnoxious to the server may also result in a small punishment. Stripper Strippers are allowed to work and dance for people in return for money. They cannot partake in any criminal activities. Parkour Expert Parkour Experts have the ability to perform parkour stunts and entertain citizens in designated areas. They must not engage in criminal activities or cause disturbances while practicing their skills. Banker Bankers work at the city bank and are responsible for protecting the Bank’s funds from any robbers by hiring security and may provide loans to players. They cannot partake in any criminal activities, but if seeked, they may own a weapon (of course with owning a license), to protect the Bank (or hire security). Security Guard Security Guards are responsible for maintaining order and security in designated areas. They are not allowed to abuse their authority or engage in criminal activities. Security guards are also encouraged to follow orders from their boss, of course with the orders not breaking any other rules. Government Officials Mayor The Mayor is responsible for governing the city and creating/enacting laws for the well-being of its citizens and Police Department. They must act in the best interest of the city and enforce its laws without bias. The Mayor may also not create any absurd laws like, “RDM/RDA is allowed,” or “Drugs are legal.” Failure to follow this may result in a punishment. You cannot engage in any criminal activities. The Mayor may base in the PD, but nowhere else, and the same goes for the other government officials. Police Officer Police Officers are tasked with enforcing the law, investigating crimes, and maintaining public order. They must not partake in any criminal activities. Police also must not arrest anyone without proper warrants. Failure to do so will be considered RDA. However, if threatened by violence, the Police may use their force to arrest the individual(s) that are threatening them, or even use lethal force without the repercussions of being considered RDM. All Police may raid bases if they have warrants, but only do so every 15 minutes (similar to raiding rules) SWAT SWAT members follow the same rules as Police, but are meant to respond to more violent calls. They must operate within the boundaries of the law and use force judiciously. DEA The DEA is to abide by the same common rules as every other Police. However, the DEA’s main priority is to target meth cooks and weed growers to make drug busts. They may, however, carry out appropriate arrests/lethal force in violent situations just like every other Police job. Criminals Meth Cook Meth Cooks are involved in the illegal production of methamphetamine. They may operate a base and defend it with lethal firearms, but they may not engage in raiding, kidnapping, printing, etc. Methamphetamine is also illegal and you may be arrested by Police! Weed Grower Weed Growers cultivate and distribute illegal marijuana within the city. They may base and defend it just like the Meth Cook, but you may not engage in anything like raiding, kidnapping, printing, etc. Weed is also illegal and you may be arrested by Police! Cannot sell or give away your seeds to random people (If caught, your wallet will be reset!). Friends basing with you or in your gang are fine. Thief Thieves are able to enact any criminal activity possible, like raiding, kidnapping, printing, etc. They can base and defend their base, but if caught doing any criminal activity, they may be punished by any government official! Bank Robber Bank Robbers follow the same criminal activities as Thieves, but their main criminal activity is to rob the Bank! They can base and defend their base, but if caught doing any criminal activity, they may be punished by any government official! Hitman Hitmen are hired to carry out assassinations and eliminate targets discreetly.. They must operate with precision and avoid leaving evidence or drawing attention to their actions, if they are caught however, they may be arrested. Hitmen cannot base or commit any criminal activities like raiding, printing, etc. The only exception to this is if their hit is in their base. Vandalist Allowed to base, print, kidnap, etc, just like every other criminal job. His main ability is to be able to vandalize recreational buildings with its spray can! Osama Bin Laden Allowed to base, print, kidnap, etc, just like every other criminal job. His main ability is to be able to use his Jihad Bomb and commit terrorism every 15 minutes, but must advertise “terror” to do so. Failure to follow this requirement will result in a punishment! Bitminer Allowed to base, but cannot print, kidnap, raid, etc. His main task is to defend his illegal bitmining rig and not get caught by Police! Bitminers are illegal. Hacker Allowed to base, buy bitminers, kidnap, etc, just like every other criminal job. His main ability is to be able to hack bitminers to steal their currency! Cultist Not allowed to make drugs, print, etc. You are allowed to make a kidnapping base, however. His main criminal activity is that he is able to kidnap individuals (every 5 minutes) and sacrifice or hold them for ransom! The Cultist can buy his Sacrifical Stone in the F4 Menu where when you tie a victim to it, it will convert them into a zombie and give you $20k! Individuals converted by this Sacrifical Stone must follow the Cultist's commands, if applicable, and are allowed to KOS anyone. Cultist Zombies can be KOS'd! Gangs Mafia Leader Mafia Leaders are responsible for leading and organizing criminal activities within the city. They can indulge in criminal activities like every other criminal. You can declare war on other rival gangs if met with a mutual agreement between both leaders by having both leaders advert, “War accepted.” This will start a KOS on site between the rival gang and will last 15 minutes or unless otherwise stopped between the two leaders. Mafia Member Follow the same rules as their leader. They must demonstrate loyalty and execute tasks assigned by the leadership. Bloods Leader Bloods Leaders oversee the operations and influence of the Bloods gang within the city. They can indulge in criminal activities like every other criminal. You can declare war on other rival gangs if met with a mutual agreement between both leaders by having both leaders advert, “War accepted.” This will start a KOS on site between the rival gang and will last 15 minutes or unless otherwise stopped between the two leaders. Bloods Member Follow the same rules as the leader. They must follow orders from the Bloods leader. Crips Leader Crips Leaders are responsible for leading and expanding the influence of the Crips gang within the city. They can indulge in criminal activities like every other criminal. You can declare war on other rival gangs if met with a mutual agreement between both leaders by having both leaders advert, “War accepted.” This will start a KOS on site between the rival gang and will last 15 minutes or unless otherwise stopped between the two leaders. Crips Member Follow the same rules as the Crips Leader. They must demonstrate allegiance to the gang and carry out assigned tasks. Merchants/Dealers Gun Dealer Gun Dealers specialize in the sale and distribution of firearms and weapons within the city. The selling of firearms is legal for the Gun Dealer, so law enforcement is not able to punish a Gun Dealer. Gun Dealers can base and sell weapons out of a certain building. Gun Dealers cannot partake in any criminal activities, however. Black Market Dealer Black Market Dealers traffic in illegal goods and contraband, operating outside the boundaries of the law. The selling of Black Market goods is illegal and punishable by law enforcement. You can base, but cannot partake in raiding, kidnapping, etc. VIP ROLES Pro Hitman Pro Hitmen follow the same ruleset as normal hitmen. Pro Thief Pro Thieves follow the same ruleset as normal thieves. Joker The Joker follows the same ruleset as Bank Robbers. Darth Vader Darth Vader is a formidable force with a singular focus on engaging in combat with Luke Skywalker. They must seek out and engage in combat with Luke Skywalker whenever the opportunity arises. Cannot engage in any criminal activities! Luke Skywalker Luke Skywalker is a skilled warrior with a singular focus on engaging in combat with Darth Vader. They must actively seek out and engage in combat with Darth Vader whenever the opportunity arises. Cannot engage in any criminal activities! Walter White Walter White follows the same ruleset as Meth Cooks, but has the ability to be able to cook Blue Meth, which sells at a higher price. Snoop Dogg Snoop Dogg follows the same ruleset as Weed Growers. Cyborg Cyborg follows the same ruleset as every other criminal! Batman Follows the same ruleset as all other government officials, but also is focused on the task of pursuing The Joker. Hank Schrader Follows the same ruleset as DEA and pursues the title of the DEA’s leader, so DEA is expected to follow orders from you! Sewer Dwellers SCP-096 SCP-096 may KOS any individuals in the sewer at all times. SCP-096 is not prohibited to own any guns, as well as in any criminal activities. SCP-096 is allowed to go to the surface, however, he is only allowed every 10 minutes with the advert of the message “surface,” or anything along those lines. Once on the surface, you are able to be KOS’d by everyone, but you are also allowed to kill everyone. Failure to follow the 10-minute cooldown will result in punishment. Sewer Zombie Follows the same ruleset as SCP-096 and may work together with him! MEME Doge Doge operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Dat Boi Dat Boi operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Pepe the Frog Pepe the Frog operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Baby Baby operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Monkey Monkey operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Da Birdz Da Birdz operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Kermit Kermit operates within the same ruleset as criminals (may raid, base, kidnap, etc). Birds (Pigeon, Crow, Seagull) Birds fly around and can mess with people by pooping and dive bombing them! Birds are KOS if they attack or poop on someone.
